Oil prices registered gains to two-month highs on Tuesday (2nd July 2024) on expectations of rising demand during the summer and possible supply disruptions from Hurricane Beryl.
Brent crude was up by 0.83 percent, to 87 dollars and 32 cents per barrel. The U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude rose 0.90 percent, to 84 dollars and 13 cents per barrel, when reports last came in.
